Our alarms come with a ‘Stay Mode’, which enables you to arm the perimeter of your home, which means your family can walk around, enjoying the comforts of your own home and it’s still protected. As all our sensors are pet friendly, so your pets can also roam around your home without setting off the alarm. You can also set the alarm to an ‘Away Mode’ when the house is unoccupied; arming all your perimeter and interior sensors.

As a HomeSecure customer, if any part does in fact become defective, through no fault of your own, we guarantee to resolve it as soon as possible. This service call would be free of charge and you’ll be covered for all parts and labour fees*. This Service Promise lasts for the duration of your three-year agreement with HomeSecure, giving you peace of mind that your alarm will be always be working to its maximum capacity at all times. LED Light in your bell box isn’t included in this. The LED comes with a six month guarantee.
